• Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
